Required Documents for Samos Entry Visa

There is no border visa entry to Patmos Island.

 

You can create an appointment by calling the numbered phone and providing your İDO ticket voucher number.

 

Documents submitted without an appointment will not be processed.

As a priority, you must scan the documents listed above in the order provided at least 10 days before your travel date. Each individual's documents should be compiled into a single PDF file, and your photo must be in JPEG format, not exceeding 1.8 MB in digital size. These should be sent via email to the addresses below.

Packages from guests who have received email confirmation must reach our office at least 5 days before the travel date.

Cargo shipments will not be accepted without prior approval via email.

All guests traveling to Samos must use the same email and cargo address for document submission.

 

- Visa application form: The attached form should be printed, filled out, and the last page signed (it must be filled out on a computer). Please fill in the profession and nationality information in English.

- Scan and send a color copy of the first page of your passport (the page with your photo and personal information) via email.

- If you have any previous Schengen visas, please send scanned copies via email.

- Scan and send both sides of your identity card (front and back) via email (single page for both sides).

- Provide 2 biometric photos for the Greek visa (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, with a white background) taken within the last 6 months, and without glasses. The digital file of the photo must not exceed 1.8 MB. Please send this via email. Additionally, send 2 physical copies of your photos by cargo, specifying to whom they belong (JPEG format with a white background).

- Send your travel dates and a valid English travel health insurance for Schengen countries via email.

- Send your bank statement for the last three months (internet banking with QR code is acceptable) via email.

- Ferry ticket: Your ferry ticket must include your round-trip dates. Your return date cannot be open-ended. You must purchase your ticket from our website or office before sending your visa documents.

- Hotel reservation confirmation: The check-in and check-out dates on the reservation must match your ticket's round-trip dates. Additionally, the hotel reservation must be fully paid. If the hotel does not accept pre-payment or if payment has been made but does not appear on the reservation, your visa documents will not be accepted. In this case, you must obtain a stamped and signed document from the hotel.

- Printouts of reservations made through Booking.com must be paid and have a "PAID" stamp (in English).

- Send the hotel reservation confirmation digitally via email.

- Petition: Print and sign the attached petition and include it with your documents.

Documents submitted without an appointment will not be processed.

Primarily, at least 10 days before your travel date, the documents to be sent via email above must be scanned in order and sent as a single PDF file separately for each individual. Additionally, your photo must be sent in JPEG format, not exceeding 1.8MB in digital size.

Guests who receive approval via email must ensure that their shipments reach our office at least 5 days before their travel date.

 

Cargo shipments will not be accepted without prior approval via email.

All guests traveling to Samos must use the same email and shipping address for document submissions.

Important Information for Samos Door Visa

- The visa fee is €85.

- The same documents are valid for children aged 0-17.99, and the total visa fee is €20.

- With the door visa application, you can travel for maximum of 6 nights and 7 days.

- The door visa application is single-entry. You must renew it for each trip.

- Those with an entry stamp from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (K.K.T.C.) in their passport cannot enter Greece.

- Applications from individuals who have previously had a Schengen visa application rejected will not be accepted.

- If your visa documents are not accepted by the Greek police, you will not receive a refund of the visa fee if you either postpone your ticket after submitting the documents or miss the ferry.

- The cost of the cargo you send is your responsibility. Collect-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.

- Documents submitted to our office with missing paperwork or sent via cargo will be considered invalid, and the visa application will not be accepted.

- The door visa you obtain is only valid for the island you visited. You cannot transfer from island to island or from the island to the mainland.

- Signed application form

- 2 biometric photos for the Greece visa

- Visa application fee

- All other documents (Accommodation, Ferry ticket, Travel Health Insurance, Bank Statement, Front and Back Copy of ID, Copy of the first page of the passport with the photo)

 

(CARGO SHOULD BE SENT IN A FOLDER OR FILE IN A SAFE MANNER TO AVOID ANY DELAYS, AND MUST INCLUDE THE DEPARTURE DATE AND NAMES WRITTEN ON IT.)

INCORRECT AND INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, AND YOU WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.
