IMPORTANT INFORMATION
By purchasing this ticket, the passenger is deemed to have accepted the "İDO Distance Ticket Contract" and the "İDO Passenger Transportation Rules" announced on İDO's websites www.egeadalari.ido.com.tr and www.ido.com.tr.
Passengers must purchase tickets using their full name as it appears in their passport. Passengers are responsible for checking the accuracy of the information on the ticket; any subsequent objections will be considered invalid.
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed for any reason.
Passengers must arrive at the boarding terminal at least 1.5 hours before the ship's departure time to complete check-in procedures. Passengers must be on board and ready for the journey, having completed all customs procedures, at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
İDO does not provide cancellations or refunds for tickets. A one-time date/time change or deferment can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Tickets cannot be deferred or changed within 48 hours of departure.
Unused open tickets lose their validity by the end of the season. Open tickets must be used within the same season. Passengers must provide proof of their open ticket with the relevant documentation.
In cases of legal, administrative, visa regime, pet-related issues, or any other circumstances preventing travel, the service contract is terminated, and refund requests will not be accepted.
All passports (including green passports) must be valid for at least 90 days from the date of entry. Greece does not accept "extension stamps" made for passport extensions; only the validity on the photo page of the passport is considered valid.
Holders of regular passports must have a Schengen Visa covering the travel dates, including the number of entries and duration of stay.
Passengers with an entry stamp from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) will not be accepted into Greece.
The passenger acknowledges that the responsibility for having a valid travel document lies with them and agrees to compensate İDO for any damages incurred due to the lack of a valid travel document.
